We, M/s.PARAMAS WORKFORCE Pvt Ltd., located at 65/1 ground floor, Nanga Mangala Chatram, Kalpalayam P.O., Mannachanallur, Trichy – 621005 is a company specializing in “Manpower Services” of various cadres in different fields to the such services required and needy clients from the Govt (Central/State), Under takings, Corporates, Educational and Research Institution, Oraganisation, Enterprenures etc., which has started.

CONTTITUTION

M/s. Paramas Workforce Pvt Ltd., has been constituted as Private Ltd., Company with the appropriate authorities under the Company’s Acts. The company has been formulated with Managing Director cum Chairman with a Board of Director and other Executives as per the laws of the companys Act.

HISTORY RENOVATION/INNOVASION

The Paramas Workforce Pvt Ltd., has been formulated by renovating one more than 10 years old partnership firm which was in manpower service business to better prospects and rise upto higher levels in the forth coming period.

MANAGEMENT

The Paramas Workforce Pvt Ltd., has its MD/CM Mr.P.Poopathi S/O Mr.Paramasivam who is a Master in Computer Application from one of the prestigious institutions in South India, situated in Tiruchirapalli St.Josephs College, an institution standing with pride for the past more than 150 years.

The CMD has got an experience in the IT Field with well reputed corporate companies for about 20 years in the capacity as Senior Manager. He further holds a post as General Manager in an establishment functioning in Manpower Service Industry for about more than 5 years. The “Manpower Services” is basic all sorts industries inclusive of the latest A1 too. The ‘Manpower’ Services is being utilised in Two ways as one in Direct usage of Manpower and two Indirect usages of Manpower. But without Manpower nothing to be done in the world without a service of a man as father/mother the family could not function. In the latest technological advantages too is essentially Dependant on the Manpower behind the “Auto” or remote sensing.

This is the basic in life where we lay our self or get from others the services.

Mrs.Kavitha Poopathi is a degree holder and trained in Nursing profession. Besides Service in Govt Hospital for 3 years the further employed in Nursing Profession in Pvt Hospitals and experienced in anaesthesia field for 5 years, who at present she is the Director of the Company who is the integrated part of the company by extending her full support with the CMD who is the husband of her in each and every activities with hand in hand to promote new avenues to be explored in the interest of the prosperity to the company in the ‘Administrative’ side.

SCOPE

The “Manpower” is a very very essential in every sphere of the day-to-day activities to the all sorts of industries, science etc., sectors realising the factor the CMD has planned to enter in to the field realising of “Manpower Service” Industry and hence he bought the 10 years old firm rendering Manpower Services by which to our come some hurdles and handicaps promoting a new company to obtain from the appropriate authorities in the registration of the statutory such as EPF, ESI etc

Since the CMD has combined his exposure in IT field and Manpower Service and decided to enter in to the Manpower Service Sector Covering the IT field in which a potential and abundant opportunities provided strageticaly handle the services in such a innovating styles, manners and ranges which will feed the company prospectively to the higher level.
